Here in Milwaukee, we’re working to ensure every high school student has the resources and opportunities to thrive. From funding youth programs to creating tools that empower young leaders, these stories from throughout the year highlight how we’re driving success for our city’s students.

Building Local Capacity

Our capacity-building grants are bolstering youth programming for 6,000+ students across 43 schools, supporting young people’s mental health, development and advocacy skills.

Youth Leadership Directory

Alongside Marquette University’s BLEST Hub and the Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative, we created a centralized directory for youth leadership opportunities, making it easier for young people to explore and engage with programs.

Advancing Youth Adult Equity

Our upgraded Youth Adult Equity Ladder Assessment now offers tailored suggestions and local examples to help organizations improve their engagement with young people.
